The new websites should make that relationship clear without merging the two businesses or blurring which information each site manages independently.
Scope basis: Confirmed content is based on the email thread: Keys Gate needs MLS/IDX search, the listed service sections, target ZIP codes, and a connected new-construction path; Walker needs its family-owned positioning, three service lines, active projects, completed/sold project updates, and additional photos. Any current-site audit item, contact number, historical claim, project count, or technical integration detail should be validated before final publication.

Requested key requirement: The site should not emphasize individual resale listings as fixed promotional items because they change constantly. The MLS search engine remains the primary discovery tool. Supporting sections should direct visitors to search, request information, or contact the team directly.

The scope is to implement updated/new pages and structure, not to patch the existing live pages as a separate corrective project. Any item not directly provided by the client should be validated before it is published as final copy.
